Woohoo

Well the last few days (about a week or so actually) my mojo seems to be finally coming back to me and I have actually done a fair bit of creating. I've made quite a few cards and 2 LO's since last weekend at the LSBS CC (I'll update stats later after I've had a chance to count and work out what isn't on there). Even better I won with one of those LO's, yay $15 to shop with before I have to touch my own money.

Confused feelings

Well I've been on my holiday and whilst it was sort of good, though way to humid, it is definately good to be home. Whilst I was away I discovered I am pregnant with baby Number 3 (I have started a new blog to keep everyone updated on my progress with the pregnancy, you can get to it through my profile). Also on Friday (we returned home on wednesday afternoon, 3 1/2 hours late) Scott was given a job which he started today. Both these things leave me with rather mixed feelings. Whilst I aqm a bit excited about having another baby and VERY pleased that Scott has finally gotten his foot in the employment door I am rather nervous about both the thought of having 3 young children to care for and the thought of looking after the boys now without their Dad when they have been used to that for most (or for Aaron all) of their lives. To make matters worse I am suffering rather badly with 'morning' sickness whilst I try all this, luckily at least it is only nausea but it is still dreadful and definately complecates being able to properly watch the boys.

Tomorrow will be a very different day again as Robert starts his first day of pre-school and so it will just be me and Aaron for a lot of the day. Boy my life is changing a lot at the moment, I hope I can catch up cause I feel a bit left behind right now.

2 More creative things done

Still plodding along but I have managed another 2 creative projects, the first is the entry for the 3rd of the 52 pick-up challenges, a LO about my beloved Scott and his role as University Mentor, and the second was a quick birthday card. So new stats are:

I'm really hoping to get a big creative burst over the the next few days as I am going on holidays in a week and will only have digital stuff with me and limited time for creating.

Thanks to LSBS I can add 8 more creative items to my 2009 tally. Firstly they held their January CC last weekend and I completed 2 LO's and a card. Then they are running a REALLY COOL contest called 52 pick-up this year and thus far I have managed 2 challenges (need to get the third done in the next few days) one is a LO using metal and theother is 3 cards (using scraps too how cool :) ). Finally I have also finished my first set of ATCs for the year. So here are the latest Stats, slipping a little but still reasonable strong:

First 2009 stats update

Well 2009 is well on it's way now having nearly gone 2 weeks into it. I haven't done too poorly in the weight loss at this point in time and am slowly getting a handle on many of the other things I want to achieve this year. Craft wise I'm doing reasonable well with me doing something most days. I received a pamphlet in the post the other day from snapfish offering a free 20 page 5x7 inch bragbook and 20 6x4 prints, just paying postage, so this has inspired me to do a digital 5x7 bragbook all about me and major things in my life so as to take advantage of the deal. Thus far I have completed 7 pages for this album and 2 paper cards. I also have myPlanner almost completed and ready to fill in, but not quite yet, and a LO I did for a blind scrap with Mel over at LSBS.

So my current Stats are:
5x7 bragbook pages: 6
Cards: 2
LOs: 1
Total: 9

Definately not bad for the 12th day of the month, even though there were many days I did nothing and one or two I did quite a bit.

Final Stats for 2008

Well 2008 is almost over, about 10 minutes to go as I start typing this. I have not made it anywhere near my creative goal and am not exactly happy with quite a few other areas of my life but I am fine with that and looking forward to a far happy and more productive year to come. My Mantra for the new year is '2009 is going to be fine'.

So my final stats update is a big one due to slackness in updating. Firstly I made a total of 6 Christmas cards (hope to do MANY more next year). I also made a thinking of you card for a special friend who is going through some hard times at the moment. The December LSBS CC gave me a card, a digital LO, a paper LO and a gift bag. I also made another 4 digi LOs since last update. I made the card and cupcake for the MSS birthday bash. I have completed an OTP that is a present. Finally I completed 2 swaps for LSBS, the 'I've got the music in me' ATC and the christmas decorations swap. So here are the final stats:
